The main objective of the renovation and expansion project of a vacation home in Varadero is to achieve the harmonious integration of local tradition with a contemporary and functional design.
The intervention will involve the maintenance and expansion of the dwelling, while carefully preserving the original architectural elements that give character to the space. Additionally, existing areas have been expanded to achieve a more efficient distribution, creating a relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere through a new interior design that will use high-quality materials and pay attention to decorative details and lighting.
Outdoor areas have been planned to invite enjoyment and relaxation, taking advantage of Varadero's tropical climate and natural views, such as gardens, terraces, and outdoor relaxation areas.
The goal is to transform this vacation home into a modern and welcoming coastal retreat that celebrates the natural beauty and tranquility of Varadero, providing an ideal space for creating unforgettable memories and fully experiencing the Cuban coastal lifestyle.

El proyecto de renovación y ampliación de una casa de descanso en Varadero tiene como objetivo principal la integración armónica de la tradición local con un diseño contemporáneo y funcional.
La intervención abarcará el mantenimeinto y ampliación de la vivienda , al tiempo que se conservarán con esmero los elementos arquitectónicos originales que confieren carácter al espacio.
Además, se ampliaron las áreas existentes para lograr una distribución más eficiente, creando un ambiente relajado y sofisticado a través de un nuevo diseño interior que empleará materiales de alta calidad y se cuidará de los detalles decorativos y la iluminación.
Se planificaron áreas exteriores que invitan al disfrute y la relajación yaprovechen el clima tropical y las vistas naturales de Varadero, como jardines, terrazas y zonas de descanso al aire libre.
En resumen, se aspira a convertir esta casa de descanso en un refugio costero moderno y acogedor que celebre la belleza natural y la serenidad de Varadero, brindando un espacio ideal para la creación de recuerdos inolvidables y la plena experiencia del estilo de vida costero cubano.
